At first Adalei went and sat on Joshua because she didn't want him in her chair, after I took her aside and told her to share her chair, Joshua said, "It's okay, she sit my lap."
So Adalei went over and sat on his lap, it was so funny just watching them.

Then Adalei started picking her nose, that's attractive! She thought it was pretty funny...

Then Joshua said, "Okay, she's gross. Get her off my lap."

New Camera LOVE

So Travis bought a new camera for the family. Because he and I both want to start taking some sweet photos. We need loads of practice and there is loads of studying involved:) These are some shots Travis took the other day as soon as the battery was charged and ready to go:)

Sorry I haven't posted many pictures of Piper. I haven't really been taking many photos and most of the time they are of Adalei because she's doing something funny. I promise to take more photos of my second child:)

Dress Up

Recently I got Bedknobs and Broomsticks from Netflix and Adalei really enjoyed it. So the other day when we were playing dress ups I put the scarf on her head and once she saw it, she said, "Bedknobs and broomsticks!" She thought it was, "awesome!"

A new fetish

Adalei's never really used markers much, except dry erase ones for her art easel which stays downstairs where I can see her while she's drawing.
Well, for Christmas I thought she would love to use markers to color so she got some in her stocking. Lately she's discovered how "fun" it is to color on her arms and hands (only). She had only done this a couple of times and we talked about how we don't color on our arms or any part of our bodies and we only color on paper!

Welllllll, I went to get her up from her nap so we could go to my basketball game and this is what I found lying in her little bed.

She had marker tattooed ALL over her little body. Check out her neck. And Travis took her to the potty and it was in the middle of her back....how'd she do that?
So, needless to say, markers are not allowed anymore.

For the twinners...

The other night, Helen, invited us over for dinner. I brought over a salad but no dressing because I figured she had some. She pulled out all of her dressing choices and pulled this beauty out of the fridge.
I had to take a double-take to make sure I was seeing the right thing.
"Is that Always Save?" I thought
And it sure was!! That's right, Always Save...oh yeah! It was a great laugh for me to see something from the good old midwest:)

We are so excited to have little baby Lucy here (well, not here with us...but here with her family)! We can't wait to meet her!

We had a nice little photoshoot last Sunday. I wanted to get a cute picture of the girls in their white and red outfits. Nonnie got this outfit for Piper. It is so cute! Thanks, Nonnie!
